CERF examined clear April 2006, new CERF pending submission of exam.
Spyke completed his Canadian Championship as a puppy. Along the way he won Best Puppy in the Hound group twice! While waiting to grow up he will continue to learn about Earthdog Trials and dabble in Obedience and Agility. Stay tuned for the adventures of Spyke and some new pics *S*
Spyke is now pointed in UKC conformation!
Spyke sports the *hunters crest* along the top of his muzzle and has a crest of cowlick hair up the back of his neck as well. Thus the name Spyke *S* In literature I have discovered that the hunters crest was thought to be a sign of keen hunting ability. I do not know if it is true, but this wee lad has outstanding earthdog instinct.
Spyke will be at stud to approved and compatible girls once he matures and obtains health clearances, he does have his CERF now.
Thanks to Spykes breeder, Trysh for looking after Spyke while he was being shown. And special thanks to Penny, Spykes handler for piloting him to his Championship.
June 2005, Spyke earns a qualifying run in Intro to Quarry.
